Conflicts of interest abound among the Otter Tail executive committee and CD7 congressional staff. Republican party officers added names after the fact to the certified 2022 caucus delegations. The same corrupt officers refused a 3rd party audit of the election data.
The evidence that state law was broken in Morrison County is overwhelming. And all of it is targeting and disenfranchising new, conservative delegates. This is an obvious election integrity issue since delegates are the people who determine the Republican Party’s endorsement of candidates for office.
MNGOP's chair David Hann does not care about these violations of election integrity. Even worse, his political operatives attempted to cover up the fraud in Morrison County.
It would be unbelievable, if it wasn't true, the bold and blatant misconduct by MNGOP Chair David Hann and his establishment cronies, clutching to their pearls of power.
Unconstitutional attempts to remove and install BPOU officers, gross financial fraud, phone calls to mislead delegates, and attempts to manipulate local conventions are all true descriptors of what political operatives have done in Clay County.
Andrew Aplikowski, MNGOP Political Director (Interim), struck a blow to the will of the people by unilaterally removing the elected Senate District 1 (SD1) Chair Barb Chervestad and demanding that the SD1 Endorsing convention be moved up 2 weeks ahead of what was already scheduled.
With chair David Hann's repeated authoritarian rule, illegitimate chair removals and replacements, and by dictating the official SD1 Convention date to give an advantage to particular candidates, trust in the Republican Party has eroded.
The March 2022 GOP convention, to vote for Senate District 10 and House Districts 10a and 10b, was another disaster. The vote counters claimed that 2 alternates voted when they shouldn't have, nullifying the vote. It was 11 pm, the contract with the school ended at 11:15pm. So they said they were recessing the convention – without revealing the results of any votes.
The chairs of the BPOUs making up SD 10 could not decide on a time to reconvene the convention. The decision was instead made to forego the convention endorsements and have the individuals’ seeking endorsements enter into state partisan primary elections to determine party affiliations. The failure of the process disenfranchises delegates and individuals from further participation.
You need to take action immediately - if you don't act now, your rights and vote will be lost.
